Start your next chapter with Kelly! We’re seeking motivated Electronic Assemblers for 1st Shift positions on behalf of a top supplier of high-performance wire, cable, connectors, and assemblies.

**Pay:** $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** 1st Shift — 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (OT available until 5:00 pm if needed), Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

+ Verify cable/wire and parts against work order bill of material and drawings

+ Read drawings and build work order instructions, confirm accurate cable/wire cut lengths

+ Assemble products to meet drawing, quality specs, and requirements

+ Test first piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity

+ Inspect crimps and solders visually

+ Ensure build times meet standards and order due dates

Who We’re Looking For:

+ 1–2 years’ experience in assembly/warehouse environment

+ Proficient in soldering and crimping

+ Strong communication and mathematical skills

+ Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

+ High School diploma or equivalent required
