Pay & Shifts:

+ **2nd Shift: $19.00/hr – Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM**

+ **1st Shift: $17.00/hr – 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM**

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Learn to operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently**

+ **Complete equipment set-ups to meet customer specifications and internal quality standards**

+ **Inspect parts for quality, document results, and maintain equipment condition**

+ **Keep workstations clean and organized; ensure all tools are stored properly**

Qualifications:

+ **Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes**

+ **Ability to read blueprints and production instructions**

+ **Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination**

+ **Basic math skills**

+ **Good verbal and written communication**

+ **Ability to troubleshoot machine issues**

+ **Familiarity with hand and power tools**
