    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation

    + Conduct inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and longevity

    + Install, align, and maintain mechanical systems, including conveyors, crushers, and rotating equipment

    + Collaborate with team members to complete planned and unplanned maintenance activities efficiently

    + Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated capability in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics

    + Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to safe work practices

    + Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
