    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

    + Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

    + Collaborate with team members to support production goals

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety practices

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
