    • **Facility:** BayCare Health System, Microbiology and Bacteriology – SJH

    • **Shift:** Night | 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM

    • **Schedule:** Full-Time | Onsite

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt

    • **Weekend Work:** Every Other | **On Call:** No

    Role Overview

    As a **Medical Laboratory Technician** , you will:

    + Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures

    + Prepare reagents and report results according to established policies

    + Monitor and maintain computer applications

    + Maintain equipment and supplies

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • **Education**

    + **Required:** Associate’s degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution

    + Equivalent training and education accepted

    • **Experience**

    + Clinical laboratory experience preferred

    • **Licensure/Certification**

    + State of Florida Technician License (Required)
