Job Description:

The Senior Data Architect & Analytics Lead will play a pivotal role in advancing the data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise in data design and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data structures to support analytics projects, developing comprehensive database and table designs for optimized data storage and retrieval, and utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to extract insights that facilitate decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals and provide thought leadership on data modeling and analytics best practices. The ideal applicant will have proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data governance principles, alongside familiarity with analytics tools and frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effectively working across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ 10 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing using on-premises and cloud technologies.

+ 10 years of experience with business intelligence and big data solutions.

+ 10 years of experience with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 is a plus.

+ 10 years of proven experience in leading and managing advanced analytics projects.

+ 10 years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

+ 10 years of experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications and data storage on these platforms.

+ Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.

+ Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies.

+ Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and strategies.

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

+ 10 years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

+ 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, including an understanding of cloud-based data storage options, cloud security considerations, and best practices for deploying applications in the cloud.

+ 10 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.

+ 10 years of experience in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare.

+ Ability to work closely with data engineers, developers, and analysts to ensure seamless data accessibility and usability.

+ 10 years of experience with ETL tools, data integration platforms, and APIs.

+ 10 years of experience with EHR integration, APIs, and real-time streaming.

+ 10 years of experience in architecting and designing ETL pipelines using Informatica tools.

+ 10 years of experience in designing and modeling data for cloud-based data architecture solutions using Snowflake as the primary data platform.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

+ 8 years of experience in implementing and deploying big data applications.

+ 8 years of hands-on expertise in Python and/or Java/Scala.

+ 8 years of experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration strategies and roadmaps.

+ 8 years of experience in healthcare industry.

+ Fundamental understanding of Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture, and technologies adopted by organizations.

+ 8 years of experience in consulting and facilitation skills.

+ 8 years of customer-focused experience with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

+ 8 years of experience demonstrating a proactive leadership style, being a self-starter with strong attention to detail.

+ 3 years of experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and certifications in Cloud Solution Architecture on Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

+ 3 years of experience with state eligibility systems.
