Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to adult clients, supporting them through mental health challenges and helping them achieve personal goals in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and families

+ Offer information, referrals for financial assistance, and supportive services related to treatment, illness, disability, or trauma

+ Deliver case management and milieu management services

+ Complete psychosocial assessments and assist in developing and updating treatment plans

+ Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning

+ Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records throughout the client’s care

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s degree Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related required.

2. Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field, preferred.

3. Current registration an intern with Board, as appropriate to education and licensing requirements.

4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

5. Minimum one (1) year Inpatient l or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $28.42 hour to $41.17 hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
