TheLPN or Medical Assistantin the Putnam Medical Group OBGYN office is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services to patients.

Requirements:LPNgraduation from an accredited school of nursing and prior clinical nursing experience required. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing license by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.Starting base rate $23.00 per hour

Medical Assistantgraduation from a Medical Assistant program and/or equivalent work experience as a Medical Assistant required. Certified Medical Assistant CMA certification preferred and required within 6 months of employment.Starting base rate $20.00 per hour
