    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Digital Associate with 2-4 years of experience in digital publishing and social media. This role is integral to coordinating client sponsorship programs and supporting our digital content initiatives across social media, YouTube, and our website. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital Strategy and Partnerships and collaborate with various teams across digital, video, and newsletters at GZERO, as well as with other departments within Eurasia Group.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate client sponsorship program activities, ensuring timely communication and content delivery.

    + Support social media, YouTube, and website editorial and video publishing needs.

    + Coordinate and schedule miscellaneous social media posts, including additional content for weekends and holidays.

    + Track newsletter, ad clicks, video views, and social media post metrics, and maintain manual tracking sheets.

    + Compile weekly performance reports and prepare monthly and quarterly client data reports under direction from the Head of Digital Strategy and Partnerships and the Associate Director of Account Management and Audience Development.

    + Provide social media metrics for company-wide reports.

    + Collaborate with the editorial team on content, including the weekly quiz, listicles, and social media carousels.

    + Ensure client ads in newsletters are correct and assist in data automation and the development of new data tools.

    + Assist in the publication of content on digital platforms, including the website, YouTube, podcasts, and social media.

    + Support client OneFirm initiatives by publishing content, tracking performance, and assisting with livestreams and events.

    + Coordinate delivery of client-branded content, such as podcasts and related social media posts.

    Qualifications

    + 2-4 years of experience in digital publishing, with a focus on social media.

    + Knowledge of international relations and global news is preferred.

    + Proficiency in website CMS, Sprout Social (or similar tools), YouTube, Mailchimp, and Excel.

    + Understanding of editorial best practices and client management experience is a plus.

    + Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach in managing client relationships.

    The applicable base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000.

     

    The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
