Infrastructure Network Administrator
_TS/SCI Clearance Required_
_Salary Range: $91,500 - $110,800 per year_
Ops Tech Alliance is seeking an Infrastructure Network Administrator to configure, maintain, and monitor secure network environments supporting mission-critical IT systems across hybrid and cloud architectures. This role ensures reliable, resilient, and secure network connectivity in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements.
_THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD._
Responsibilities
+ Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
+ Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to optimize availability and reliability.
+ Apply security best practices, including STIG compliance, access control, and network segmentation.
+ Collaborate with systems administrators, cybersecurity teams, and application developers to support integrated systems.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
+ Assist with the planning and execution of network upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
Required Qualifications
+ Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
+ Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience administering and maintaining secure network environments.
+ Proficiency with enterprise networking protocols, tools, and hardware.
+ Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent technologies.
Desired Qualifications
+ Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
+ Familiarity with cloud network architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
+ Experience supporting classified environments and DoD network infrastructures.
