Job Description:
The Director of Multi-Unit Sales position will perform the following duties:
+ Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so.
+ Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas).
+ Generates product sales to new and existing customer base through marketing and skills set.
+ Interfaces with all levels of the company, customers and their company management or owners, brokers and manufacturer representatives.
+ Effectively manages personnel and related disciplinary issues.
+ Mentors and leads others in the performance of their duties in accordance with applicable laws and within company policy and procedures.
+ Organizes monthly meeting for the key accounts department
