JOB SUMMARY:
We're seeking a bilingual Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning to lead our Latin America and Mexico region. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and regional leadership, driving sales optimization across one of our fastest-growing markets.
As part of our world-class Sales Strategy & Planning team, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that fuel decision-making and accelerate growth across the Latam region. You'll have visibility across the organization and collaborate with diverse teams while leading strategy for an entire geographic market.
This role will be based in Charlotte, NC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Strategic Analysis & Insights
+ Lead in-depth analysis of sales data across Latin America and Mexico, including customer behavior, sales trends, product performance, and regional market dynamics
+ Develop sophisticated data models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and opportunities
+ Create accurate sales forecasts and projections by synthesizing historical data, market research, and regional factors
+ Performance Management & Reporting
+ Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports that communicate regional sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and leadership
+ Design compelling data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools
+ Monitor sales performance against targets and develop action plans with regional sales teams to drive growth and exceed objectives
+ Cross-Functional Leadership
+ Partner with sales teams, marketing, finance, and operations across Latin America and Mexico to ensure alignment and collaboration
+ Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to Spanish and English-speaking stakeholders
+ Serve as the data and analytics hub for the Latam region, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels
+ Continuous Improvement
+ Stay current on Latin American market trends, sales best practices, and emerging analytics methodologies
+ Leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and regional insights
CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in an analytics role
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
+ Technical proficiency in Tableau, Python, SQL, Advanced Excel (Macros/Micros), Power BI, and Alteryx
+ Experience with CRM systems and sales data structures
+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
+ Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - this is essential for regional leadership
+ Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
+ Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
