**Job Title:** Bilingual People Services Coordinator
**Location:** Santa Ana, CA
**Shift:** Part-time (10–20 hours per week)
**Pay Range:** $24.85 – $38.94 per hour

What will you be doing?
+ Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for team member questions
+ Assist with employee relations activities, documentation, and case follow-up
+ Support HR processes including research, policy interpretation, and performance management
+ Maintain accurate records and HR metrics with confidentiality
+ Coordinate exit interviews and compile insights
+ Perform general administrative duties to support HR operations
What do you bring?
+ Positive, can-do attitude
+ Bilingual fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking)
+ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Minimum 1–2 years in an HR Generalist or equivalent role
+ Experience with Canadian employment laws and employee relations issues
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
