Our client, a leading manufacturing and packaging organization, is seeking dedicated Packers to join their dynamic team. As a Packers, you will be an essential part of the packaging department, supporting efficient and high-quality operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Packer

**Location:** Arlington, TX

Pay Range:

**Shift:** 2pm-10pm M-F or 10pm - 6am M-F (Saturdays if needed)

What's the Job?

+ Perform visual quality inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

+ Package finished products into designated boxes, including box making and assembly.

+ Accurately count and document items during packaging processes.

+ Stack items onto skids and prepare them for shipping, maintaining safety and organization.

+ Operate various packaging stations efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read and understand work instructions and quality assurance programs.

+ Strong attention to detail for quality checks and accurate record-keeping.

+ Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting.

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.

+ Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
