    Our client, a leading organization in innovative technology development, is seeking a Data Collection Technician - **Indonesian** Language Specialist to join their team. As a Data Collection Technician - **Indonesian** Language Specialist, you will be part of the Data Operations team supporting AR/VR product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Collection Technician - **Indonesian** Language Specialist

    **Location:** Redmond, Washington

    **Contract Length -** 12 months with potential extension

    **Pay Range:** $27

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits.

    + Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.

    + Perform weekly QA audits of data captured by internal and external teams.

    + Compose weekly reports on trends and issues identified in collection data.

    + Provide continual feedback loops to ensure project success and monitor program performance for quality improvements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Native fluency in **Indonesian** (required for participant interaction and data collection).

    + Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) and formula writing.
