As a **Senior React Full Stack Developer - AI,** you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams.     Job Title: Senior React Full Stack Developer - AI

     

    Pay Range: $58.46 - $64.33 on Experis W2 (Benefits, PTO and 401K)

    Hard skills:

    + **Minimum 7 years' experience with React.js, specifically building front‑end solutions.**

    + **Minimum 5 years' experience with Azure Services, such as Web Apps and Functions.**

    + **Minimum 5 years' experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps.**

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Full-Stack Developer to design and deliver modern, scalable, and secure web applications. This role combines front-end expertise in React.js and Fluent UI with back-end development and cloud deployment experience using Azure and Azure DevOps. You will also leverage AI-powered coding assistants (such as Cline) to accelerate development and maintain high-quality standards.

     

    You will lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practice across the stack while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architect and develop full-stack web applications using React.js, Fluent UI, and modern back-end technologies.

    • Build responsive, accessible, and consistent UI components leveraging Fluent UI.

    • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with Azure services.

    • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps.

    • Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Cline) to improve productivity and code quality.

    • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.

    • Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.

    • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

    • Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

     

    What’s Needed?

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in React.js.

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

    • Hands-on experience with Fluent UI for building accessible and consistent interfaces.

    • Solid experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).

    • Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

    • Back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies.

    • Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cline, GitHub Copilot) and ability to integrate them into workflows.

    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, and security best practices.

    • Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end testing tools.

    • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
