Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking a Business Analyst (Manufacturing) to join their team. As a Business Analyst (Manufacturing), you will be part of the Business & Solutions Architecture department supporting multiple production facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, high organization, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

**Location:** Stafford, TX and Omaha NE

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?

+ Partner with the Quality Department to document requirements for defect resolution and establish best practices.

+ Collaborate with Process Engineers and Industrial Engineers to define technical requirements for continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in job tracking systems in partnership with the Data Team.

+ Provide ongoing education and support to Production and Implementation Teams on operational best practices.

+ Support the rollout and adoption of equipment strategies and modernization efforts across all production facilities.

What's Needed?

+ Degree in Business Analytics or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Proven experience in documenting requirements for manufacturing process improvements.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

+ Ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
