Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated IAM Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team. As an IAM Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of the Security Architecture Department supporting enterprise-wide identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** IAM Solutions Architect

**Location:** Southlake, TX or Austin, TX

What's the Job?

+ Establish architecture and strategies to securely manage the identity lifecycle, including user authentication and authorization for on-premise and cloud solutions.

+ Define and maintain documentation of reference architecture, technology standards, processes, and policies related to core IAM solutions.

+ Effectively integrate IAM solutions into existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security.

+ Provide leadership and technical support for infrastructure support, including on-call support and escalated trouble tickets.

+ Lead the resolution of key implementation and system integration issues, ensuring optimal system performance and security.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least five years focused on IAM technologies and strategies.

+ 3+ years in an enterprise-level architecture role, specifically with IAM solutions.

+ Deep understanding of federation concepts and technologies, especially with solutions from ADFS and Ping Identity, including SAML & OAuth/OIDC.

+ Experience architecting or engineering IAM solutions within Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other cloud providers.
