Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Tulsa site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Tulsa, OK
**Duration:** 6+ Months contract
What's the Job?
+ Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Tulsa site, including preparing presentation slides for meetings, drafting communications, handling email and multi-line phone calls
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors, completing registrations and ensuring compliance
+ Assist with employee inquiries related to HR functions such as payroll, LOA requests, and employee information updates
+ Create and post announcements and employee information on plant monitors
+ Support HR functions for event coordination, onboarding, interview assistance, and personnel inquiries
What's Needed?
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Initiative to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
+ Strong organizational and time management skills to manage changing priorities
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including planning, proofreading, and phone etiquette
