Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production services, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level

**Location:** Nacogdoches, TX

**Pay Range:** $16.15

**Shift:** Third

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

+ Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

+ Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
