    In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of Amazon Ads' partner communication strategy, creating impactful ways to connect with our diverse partner ecosystem. Working closely with stakeholder teams, you'll create seamless information flows that ensure our partners – from global agencies to tech innovators – have the right information at the right time. Your work will be critical in driving partner readiness and business growth through targeted, effective communications that reach partners across multiple channels, such as our Partner Network platform and scaled email. By delivering clear, consistent, and timely communications, you'll help our partners maximize their success with Amazon Ads while accelerating our mutual growth objectives.     The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution capabilities. You should have experience in partner marketing or B2B communications, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies. Most importantly, you understand that effective partner communication is fundamental to driving business growth and can translate that understanding into actionable programs that deliver measurable results.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Develop and execute partner communication strategies that align with Amazon Ads' business priorities

    • Build scalable communication frameworks that effectively serve different partner segments

    • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality partner communications for all initiatives

    • Create and manage compelling content that drives partner engagement and enablement

    • Lead content strategy and execution for Partner Network to support partner success

    • Measure and optimize communication effectiveness through data-driven insights

    Basic Qualifications

    - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

     

    - 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

     

    - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

     

    - Experience communicating results to senior leadership

     

    - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

     

    - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

     

    - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
