    Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

     

    Responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions while overseeing program metrics and analytics. Creates and manages interactive dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making. Partners with stakeholders to identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that support business objectives

    A day in the life

     

    In this role, each day brings diverse challenges in data driven decision making. Your morning will typically begin with reviewing automated dashboard updates and addressing any data anomalies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their metrics needs, translating requirements into actionable visualizations. Throughout the day, you'll manage multiple priorities including refining existing dashboards, developing new reporting solutions, and leading program review meetings to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities.

     

    The position involves conducting training sessions, helping teams understand their data, and making real time dashboard adjustments based on feedback. Your afternoons may include strategizing with leadership on upcoming initiatives, optimizing reporting processes, or troubleshooting complex data queries. Success in this role means ensuring metrics are accurately tracking and programs have the analytical support needed to thrive.

    About the team

    The Amazon LEO (KMS) Machine shop provides development fabrication capabilities as well as future production machining. These operations occur in our Redmond facilities.

     

    We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced, start-up like environment. To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 3+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

     

    - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

    - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

    - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

     

    - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

     

    - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

     

    - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
