    The Service Support Specialist supports government and municipal clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. This role involves managing a high volume of transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.

    • Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.

    • Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.

    • Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls

    • Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    • Previous experience in customer service or data entry

    • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
