    Position Title: Manager – Intensive Care Unit (RN)

    **Location:** Ft Walton Beach, FL

    **Position Type:** Nursing / Leadership

    **Schedule:** Mixed Shifts (Days and Evenings; weekend coverage may be required)

    **Positions Available:** 1

    **Salary Range:** $95,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience

    Position Overview

    The ICU Manager provides leadership and oversight for an intensive care unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, care coordination, adherence to policies and procedures, and the management of clinical and operational outcomes. The Manager supports the professional development of staff and promotes a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence in patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations of the ICU, ensuring efficient patient flow, appropriate staffing, and quality clinical care

    + Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and positive outcomes

    + Monitor and evaluate nursing practice to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes

    + Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, fostering engagement and accountability

    + Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs

    + Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance in accordance with safety standards

    + Support operational efficiency and cost-effective management of supplies and resources

    + Promote a positive patient and family experience through high-quality service and communication

    Qualifications

    + Recent (within the past year) critical care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager

    + Charge RN: 5+ years

    + Supervisor: 3+ years

    + Manager: 2+ years

    1. Experience must be within a critical care setting (ICU, CVICU, or similar)

    2. BSN preferred (ADN candidates enrolled in BSN program considered)

    3. Current RN licensure in Florida (or eligible for compact licensure)

    4. BLS and ACLS required upon hire

    **Pay Details:** $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
