    Nurse Manager of Surgical Services (OR)

    **Location:** Dallas, TX

    **Pay Range:** $84,849 – $127,274 (based on experience)

    **Bonus:** Case by case

    **Relocation Assistance:** Case by case

    **Shift:** Days (Rotating Weekends)

    **ORs Managed:** Spine OR (6), CVOR (3), Hybrid ORs (2), Sterile Processing

    **Volume:** Spine ~30-40 cases/week, CVOR ~25 cases/week

    **FTEs Managed:** Approximately 60

    **Additional Departments:** Anesthesia techs, Sterile Processing, CVOR, Spine OR, Patient Care Techs

    Position Summary

    + Oversee all functions of the Surgical Services department to support hospital and facility goals.

    + Provide leadership, clinical expertise, and direction to OR supervisors and staff to achieve optimal perioperative patient outcomes.

    + Evaluate the quality of perioperative practices according to professional and legal standards.

    + Collaborate across disciplines to facilitate patient care.

    + Other leadership duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 2 years of surgical services leadership experience (must be able to circulate or scrub in the OR).

    + Bachelor of Nursing degree required; Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of financial implications related to materials, equipment, and human resources.

    + Current RN license (Texas or compact state) required.

    + Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required.

    + CNOR certification required within one year of hire/transfer (preferred on application).

    **Pay Details:** $84,849.00 to $127,274.00 per year
