Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include, but are not limited to:
+ Set up, operate, and monitor cutting or forming machines used for metal or plastic parts
+ Inspect finished parts for defects and verify quality using measuring tools
+ Read basic blueprints or job orders to ensure correct specifications
+ Perform minor mechanical adjustments, basic maintenance, and change cutting tools or accessories
Candidates for Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ 0–2 years of machine operator experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
+ Ability to read basic blueprints or job orders
+ Experience using measuring tools such as rules, templates, or gauges
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to wear required PPE and work onsite

+ Pay: $17.00 per hour
+ Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch 12:00–12:30 PM)
+ Work Type: Onsite, contract-to-hire
+ Location: Warren Wilson Rd, Swannanoa, NC 28778 (reliable commute required)

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
