RN Manager – Surgery
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced RN Manager for Surgery/OR to lead a high-performing surgical team. Oversee 11 OR rooms and a team of 45 FTEs including RNs, CSTs, FAs, and OR Techs. Strong OR Charge Nurses will also be considered.
**Location** : Portsmouth, NH
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Days (No Weekends)
**Pay Range:** $47.30 – $65.20/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day OR operations, scheduling, and patient care
• Guide and support Clinical Coordinators
• Oversee staff performance, evaluations, and competency development
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary processes
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and hospital departments to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Support Surgical Services Director with budgeting and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
• 1–3 years RN OR experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• NH RN License required
• Strong OR Charge Nurse experience considered

**Pay Details:** $47.30 to $65.20 per hour
