**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a QA Compliance Specialist II** for a renowned pharmaceutical company in Framingham MA
Pay: 40 - 45.42/hr depending on experience and education
Position Overview:
This onsite, 1st-shift role is responsible for performing audits to ensure that manufacturing procedures comply with internal specifications and government regulations. The candidate will help establish auditing requirements, quality standards, and test methods in line with relevant regulations and organizational quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance
+ Review testing results and inspect returned goods
+ Assist in establishing compliance requirements for methodology transfers from Research to Quality Control
+ Interpret complex documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards
+ Provide training to new employees as needed
+ Work under general supervision, with tasks reviewed for judgment, accuracy, and overall adequacy
+ Contribute to organizational projects and goals
+ Maintain frequent contact with internal teams and external stakeholders; represent the organization on specific projects
Qualifications:
+ 3–6 years of relevant experience in quality auditing within pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
+ Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

**Pay Details:** $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
