Responsibilities:

+ Assist Project Managers with technical, and civil engineering design

+ Perform technical engineering work associated with land development:

+ Stormwater management design

+ Site grading and utility design

+ Erosion and sedimentation control design

+ prepare plans for agency/municipal review

+ completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications

+ attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors

+ Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and be willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand

+ Candidates should have a strong desire to grow and advance as engineers or technical designers

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution

+ 4-10 years of experience in land development civil-site engineering design

+ Familiarity with AutoCAD

+ Familiarity with Civil 3D

+ Familiarity with AutoCAD SSA or other stormwater modeling software

+ Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs

+ Must possess a valid driver’s license

Salary Range:

The compensation range starts at $80, 000 and is based on the position, experience, and licensures.
