**Location:** Arlington, TX
**Pay:** $84,843.20 – $127,275.20 (Based on years of experience)
**Sign-On Bonus:** $15,000
**Relocation Assistance:** Case by case
**Shift:** Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
**Beds in Unit:** 14
**FTEs Managed:** 60
Position Summary
+ Assure delivery of professional nursing care within the Operating Room by assessing, planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing care for all surgery patients.
+ Collaborate with the OR Educator on initial and ongoing department staff training.
+ Assess department needs and develop staff accordingly.
+ Develop goals, objectives, implementation methods, and evaluation measures.
+ Develop, maintain, and interpret policies and procedures; uphold fiscal responsibility for the department.
+ Implement professional nursing care for all patients.
+ Act as liaison between OR staff, administration, medical staff, and other hospital departments.
+ Complete performance appraisals in collaboration with clinical unit leadership.
+ Participate in facility management team meetings.
+ Work with director, administration, finance, and unit leadership on operating and capital budget processes.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of Operating Room acute care leadership experience.
+ Minimum 5 years RN staff level operating room experience.
+ Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing.
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Current Texas RN license or compact state license required.
+ Current Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA or Red Cross).
+ CNOR preferred.

**Pay Details:** $84,843.20 to $127,275.20 per year
