    **Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Cell & Molecular Biology Scientist** for our renowned pharmaceutical partner in **Cambridge, MA** .

    **Pay** : $50- 54.38/hr depending on education and experience

     

    This role supports cutting-edge research in **therapeutic discovery** , focusing on microscopy-based assays to understand cellular mechanisms and therapeutic targeting. The candidate will collaborate with a **cross-functional team of imaging scientists, histologists, and pathologists** across multiple therapeutic areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare common stock solutions and maintain cell cultures

    + Perform immunofluorescence staining on cultured cells, tissue sections, and 3D samples such as organoids

    + Acquire data using automated and interactive microscopy systems

    + Organize, analyze, and interpret imaging data, including AI-assisted approaches

    + Operate automated liquid handling systems for sample preparation as needed

    + Conduct experiments independently after initial training and consultation with senior lab members

    + Present findings within the department and at cross-functional project meetings

    Qualifications:

    + M.S. degree in Cell & Molecular Biology or a related field

    + 2+ years of laboratory experience

    + Proficiency in cell culture, general molecular biology techniques, immunostaining, and basic fluorescence microscopy

    + Experience with complex in vitro models (organoids, lab-on-a-chip systems) and advanced microscopy techniques (confocal, super-resolution) is highly beneficial

    + Strong time management, record keeping, and communication skills

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques

    Work Schedule:

    + Standard business hours, onsite five days per week

    + Occasional off-hour work may be required based on experimental schedules

    **Pay Details:** $50.00 to $54.38 per hour
