    Position Title: Manager – Surgical Services

    **Location:** Florida (Multiple Locations Possible)

    **Salary Range:** $95,000 – $112,000 per year, depending on experience

    Position Overview

    The Surgical Services Manager provides leadership and oversight for the perioperative departments, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role directs day-to-day operations, manages staff, and ensures compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Manager fosters collaboration among interdisciplinary teams and supports continuous quality improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and oversee the daily operations of assigned surgical units, including staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination

    + Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies

    + Promote safe, high-quality patient care and continuous improvement initiatives

    + Collaborate with physicians, perioperative staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

    + Monitor unit performance, patient satisfaction, and safety metrics

    + Manage resources, including equipment, supplies, and departmental budgets

    + Mentor, coach, and support staff development and engagement

    + Participate in rounding and proactively address patient needs

    + Foster a culture of patient-centered care and a positive work environment

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 3 years of recent acute care operating room or perioperative leadership experience

    + Current RN licensure

    + Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire

    + Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

    **Pay Details:** $95,000.00 to $112,000.00 per year
