Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Material Handler / Forklift Operator opportunity in Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities for a Material Handler / Forklift Operator include but are not limited to:

+ Operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment to move materials from shipping and receiving areas to storage locations

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring proper handling of materials

+ Operate parts washing and stamping machines and complete required quality and production records

+ Maintain daily production documentation and report unusual conditions or issues to supervisors

+ Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations while wearing required PPE

Candidates for Material Handler / Forklift Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

+ Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience

+ Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts as required

+ Willingness to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety shoes

+ Successful completion of background check and drug screen

+ Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) due to export control requirements

**Pay Details:** $24.20 per hour
