Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts

Availability Required Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

No Nights. No Weekends.

We’re seeking an experienced **Floating Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** to support multiple clinic locations throughout **Tampa, FL** across **multiple specialties** . This role is ideal for adaptable, patient-focused professionals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making an immediate impact across different care teams.

This is a **direct-hire, weekday-only opportunity** with consistent full-time hours and **excellent benefits starting Day One** .

What You’ll Do

+ Float between assigned clinic locations across Tampa

+ Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and compassion

+ Collect and document vital signs, patient intake, and clinical information in **Epic EMR**

+ Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments across **multiple specialties**

+ Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified)

+ Perform EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection

+ Assist with front-office duties including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out as needed

+ Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms and equipment

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHMG, and clinical regulations

+ Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary care teams

+ Uphold the organization’s mission and values in every patient interaction

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Graduate of a **CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited** Medical Assistant program

+ Current MA certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA)

+ Current **CPR certification**

+ **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant

+ Experience supporting **multiple specialties preferred**

+ **Epic EMR experience (required)**

+ Ability and willingness to **float between Tampa-area clinics**

+ Availability to work **8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday**

+ Bilingual Spanish preferred

+ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical settings
