    Print Graphic Designer

     

    Duration: 4-month contract, 40 hours/week

     

    We are seeking a Print Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a 4-month contract basis. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong print and campaign design experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple quick-turn projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support the creative team on a variety of projects across the organization.

    + Design and produce program books, campaign materials, and print ads for event advertising.

    + Create deliverables for the Development Department and subscription sales support (subscription-related work will comprise 60–70% of the focus).

    + Handle print production tasks, including formatting and releasing files for final output.

    + Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines in a timeline-driven environment.

    Requirements

    Top 3 Must-Haves:

    + 5–7 years of design experience (agency or entertainment/leisure experience is a plus).

    + Print + campaign experience with strong typography, layout, and hierarchy skills.

    + Comfortable working on fast-turn projects with tight timelines.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Background in entertainment, leisure, or agency environments.

    + Experience with subscription-based marketing or event advertising.

    Skills & Tools:

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

    + Strong understanding of print production processes.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
