• Sales Support Specialist

    Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders while collaborating with multiple departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.     Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input customer orders into the order management system and maintain communication with the Sales Support Specialist team.

    • Verify all order details, including pricing, discounts, quantities, shipping dates, and delivery schedules, to ensure accuracy.

    • Prepare weekly forecasts to guide replenishment teams on demand projections and inventory needs.

    • Provide assistance to the team in Mexico as required, ensuring seamless cross-border collaboration.

    • Coordinate with the shipping department to optimize schedules and enhance overall performance.

    • Resolve pricing discrepancies and invoicing issues in partnership with the accounts receivable team.

    • Process customer orders promptly, ensuring completion within two hours of receipt while maintaining accuracy.

    • Rotate weekend shifts every eight weeks, addressing any after-hour emergencies as they arise.

    • Utilize various software tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite, to streamline operations and maintain records. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or a related field.

    • Proficiency in post-sales support, order entry, and managing backorders.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

    • Strong background in inbound and outbound sales, along with exceptional customer service.

    • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience using customer service software to enhance workflows.

    • Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts. TalentMatch®
