Responsibilities
+ Lead the conversion of 2D floor layouts to 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit to support cellular manufacturing.
+ Design, implement, and oversee improvements to facility systems and infrastructure.
+ Support renovations, utility upgrades, equipment installations, and space optimization.
+ Collaborate with manufacturing, safety, and environmental teams to ensure facility reliability and regulatory compliance.
+ Contribute to emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
+ Partner with the Facility Maintenance Supervisor and Electronics/CNC Maintenance Supervisor to enhance maintenance programs.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and resolve facility-related operational disruptions.
+ Maintain engineering documentation including layouts, schematics, and specifications.
+ Monitor and optimize facility energy usage to support sustainability and cost reduction goals.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for layout conversions.
+ Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, compressed air, water, fire protection).
+ Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and environmental standards.
+ Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Burns Harbor, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
