Job Title: BIM Technician/Revit Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented BIM Technician/Revit Designer to join our client in Houston, TX. This role involves designing construction and marine type projects, working extensively with Revit families and legends, and contributing to a variety of exciting projects.
Responsibilities
+ Design construction and marine type projects using Revit/BIM 360.
+ Work with Revit families and legends to create comprehensive designs.
+ Collaborate on creating accurate construction documents and blueprints.
+ Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.
+ Receive training on marine concepts while applying Revit expertise.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with Revit/BIM 360.
+ At least 2 years of design experience in marine, construction, architectural, or industrial spaces.
+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Civil 3D, and construction documents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of Revit families, legends, and corridors.
+ Experience in marine projects is a plus.
+ Familiarity with BIM 360 is advantageous.
+ Background in structural design and construction.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
