Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Description
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop treatment plans. Your role includes performing and documenting various tests, administering physical therapy treatments, and collaborating with other medical providers to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
+ Provide direct patient care and complete required documentation in medical records.
+ Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans, including orthotic fabrication/distribution as needed.
+ Perform and document tests such as strength, range of motion, sensory perception, and functional capacity.
+ Administer physical therapy treatments (manual therapy, therapeutic procedures, modalities, home exercise programs) to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
+ Monitor progress, reassess every 30 days, and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
+ Document treatments, progress, and CPT codes accurately; submit billing per insurance guidelines.
+ Supervise PT assistants and support staff per state and federal regulations; assist with student observations when applicable.
+ Collaborate with other medical providers to ensure successful patient outcomes.
+ Participate in team meetings, in-services, and clinic operations; may include evening or Saturday shifts.
+ Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations.
+ Keep licenses and CEUs current; perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
+ State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where you will be practicing.
+ CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
+ Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records.
+ Proficiency with EMR - Mod Med (EMA).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Willingness to consider new graduates.
Work Environment
This role operates independently with no night or weekend shifts. You will join a team where half of the members have over 15 years of experience, fostering a strong, collaborative culture. The office is located off-campus from the hospital and offers a welcoming environment where the doctors are approachable. The staff celebrates birthdays, hosts lunches, and organizes a Christmas party. The office is open for a half day on December 24th and closed on the 25th and 26th. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, and you will see approximately 30 to 40 patients per day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
