    Job Title: CAD Designer – Capital Projects (Pharmaceutical Facility)

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Create, update, and maintain precise AutoCAD drawings for site-wide capital projects.

    + Ensure drawings meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

    + Partner with engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, piping, and architectural disciplines to deliver accurate, compliant designs.

    + Support project workflows, documentation, and coordination to keep projects on track.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Engineering.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD (1–2 years of experience).

    + Ability to interpret drawings for electrical, mechanical, piping, and utility systems.

    + Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

     

    Preferred Extras

     

    + Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial environments.

    + Familiarity with GMP, FDA standards, and capital project lifecycle.

    + Knowledge of MEP systems and Revit is a plus.

    This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
