Description
The Manufacturing Manager is to lead and oversee operations including but not limited to manufacturing, production & maintenance within the manufacturing facility or facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maximizing machine availability. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing efficiency strategies, managing budgets, developing and leading a team of maintenance professionals, and working with all levels of management within the organization, to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the reliability and safety of all equipment, the Manufacturing Manager contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the manufacturing operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Five plus years in managing and leading diverse maintenance activities
Have completed a four-year degree from a credited college.
Be very knowledgeable and have the vision and ability to implement World Class Maintenance
Thorough understanding of both Preventative Maintenance and machine classifications.
Be proficient in maintenance troubleshooting in mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge. PLC troubleshooting experience is beneficial, but not required.
Ability to build a strong and dedicated maintenance team by managing leading, training and motivating people.
Be very knowledgeable in maintenance and Lock Out Tag Out standards.
Have extensive experience in developing and meeting yearly business budgets.
Have extensive experience in planning and tracking PM’s, work tickets and unplanned work (EWO’s).
Extensive experience in reviewing and selecting the best equipment for the manufacturing need to meet OEE, MTBF, MTTR and MTTr requirements.
Experience in Spare Parts Management to ensure equipment and facility requirements are met.
Experience in Condition Based Maintenance, thermography, vibration analysis and oil sampling.
Experience in developing apprenticeship training programs and ability to recruit maintenance talent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present to highest levels of the company.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stoughton, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
