    Responsibilities

    + Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.

    + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

    + Develop and maintain accurate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.

    + Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.

    + Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures.

    + Ensure cleanliness and organization in the patient care areas.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    + Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.

    + Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

    + Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

    + Basic life support (BLS) certification required.

    + Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, but not mandatory.

    + Able to pass a background check.

    + Over 21 of age
