    Job Title: Project Leader - Architecture and DesignJob Description

     

    The role involves leading projects for both new and existing clients, directing design efforts throughout design and construction phases, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead, manage, and produce design content, products, and final deliverables.

    + Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while upholding company standards.

    + Coordinate, guide, and lead design and project meetings with clients and project teams.

    + Present final products to clients and key stakeholders with regional and home-office teams.

    + Identify, communicate, and document deviations in project scope while managing expectations.

    + Participate in the development and maintenance of client relationships; foster new ones.

    + Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects.

    + Recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

    + Travel requirement: up to 25%.

    Essential Skills

    + Exceptional Revit and Microsoft Office skills.

    + Experience managing and leading multi-disciplined project teams.

    + Excellent communication and time management skills.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, VantagePoint.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Registered Architect with eligibility for NC license within 60 days of hire.

    + 5–7 years of experience.

    + Preferred: design experience in industrial, manufacturing, or US Federal Government facilities.

    Work Environment

    The role involves a hybrid work schedule with a flexible and brand new office in South End. The position may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds and working for prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The company is a new entity in CLT, based out of Arkansas, offering a wide range of projects and opportunities for growth within the firm.

    This is a Permanent position based out of charlotte, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
