• Customer Service Representative

    Robert Half Office Team (Arden Hills, MN)


    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Blaine, Minnesota. This role involves data entry of patient and product information.

    Responsibilities:

    + Receive and process patient orders from facility partners, including capturing patient data, product information, and shipping addresses.

    + Enter confidential details into our system to create accurate and secure patient records.

    + Forward completed orders to the billing team.

    + Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for order tracking and reporting.

    + Monitor the system for order shipping status and send timely updates (10–50 texts daily) to patients, leveraging Elevate for text communication.

    + Ensure orders are processed and updated in the system within same or next day.

    + Collaborate closely with other internal teams to guarantee accuracy and seamless workflow.

    Requirements

    Required Skills:

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

    + Experience updating spreadsheets and tracking data within Excel.

    + Familiarity with Bright Tree and NetSuite software (preferred).

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Prior experience in order processing, data entry, or customer service is strongly preferred.
