    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for an onsite, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). This position is temp-to-hire and offers $20–$23/hour, depending on experience. Candidates must have prior accounts payable experience (not entry-level).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Match, batch, code, and enter invoices

    + Enter, post, and reconcile batches

    + Research and resolve AP/AR discrepancies with vendors and internal teams

    + Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger

    + Maintain cash applications, account reconciliations, and chargebacks

    Qualifications:

    + Proven accounts payable experience required

    + Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + QuickBooks Desktop experience required (company is transitioning to QuickBooks Online)

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    Additional Details:

    + Onsite only

    + Full-time, 40 hours/week

    + Interviews available ASAP

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

     

    • Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and reconciliation.

    • Ability to manage vendor relationships and handle multiple vendor accounts.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Effective communication abilities to liaise with vendors and internal teams.

    • Familiarity with maintaining vendor files and documentation.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting are a plus.

    • Previous experience in accounts payable or related roles is preferred.
