Description

The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. This role supports process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and operational enhancements by analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending data-driven solutions.

The Business Analyst works across departments to ensure business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered through technology or process changes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, testing support, and post-implementation validation.

Requirements

Experience working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a cross-functional environment

Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications

Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements review sessions

Ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements

Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or integrations

Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog support)

Experience supporting UAT, test planning, and validation of business requirements

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, or similar
