    Description

    We’re seeking an organized, creative, and detail-driven Trade Show Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events. This role owns the end-to-end event process—from concept and logistics to on-site execution and post-event reporting—ensuring every event strengthens brand presence, drives leads, and delivers a standout attendee experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Own the annual trade show and event calendar, aligning with overall marketing and business goals

    + Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and experiential events from start to finish

    + Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor relationships (booth builders, AV, freight, catering, venues)

    + Lead booth design, signage, promotional materials, and branded giveaways in collaboration with creative teams

    + Coordinate logistics including travel, shipping, booth setup/breakdown, and on-site staffing

    + Partner with sales, leadership, and product teams to define event goals and messaging

    + Train and prepare on-site staff to ensure consistent brand representation and strong lead engagement

    + Oversee lead capture strategy and post-event follow-up processes with sales and marketing teams

    + Track KPIs and report on event ROI, lead quality, and performance insights

    + Stay current on industry trends, event innovations, and best practices

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of experience managing trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events

    + Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously

    + Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

    + Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts

    + Comfortable traveling and working on-site during events (including occasional weekends)

    + Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
