Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in New Brighton, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and managing compensation strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and compensation teams, to oversee compensation processes, tools, and resources.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR, finance, and compensation teams to manage annual incentive tracking, accruals, and payouts, including performing modeling and analysis as needed.
• Lead the communication process for annual incentive plans, creating tools to foster engagement and understanding of the plans.
• Oversee the enterprise-wide compensation structure and lead processes such as annual merit and incentive programs.
• Manage survey submissions and maintain vendor relationships with providers such as PayFactors.
• Develop and deliver compensation tools and resources in collaboration with HR and compensation teams.
• Serve as the primary business partner for compensation-related enterprise technology tools, including managing job architecture structures.
• Coordinate long-term incentive processes, including annual, off-cycle, and non-employee director grants.
• Support communication efforts related to long-term incentive programs to ensure clarity and engagement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation, finance, or HR, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in compensation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks with high accuracy.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel (e.g., macros and vlookups).
• Strong process management abilities, including experience with process improvements.
• Familiarity with compensation processes such as annual merit and incentive programs.
• Experience with survey participation and market pricing tools like PayFactors or Marketpay.
