Description

Robert Half is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in the Greater Portland Area to identify a Family Law Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Pay Rate: $32-40 per hour

Duration: 3+ month contract, with a strong potential for extension and contract to hire for the right fit

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

+ Categorize and analyze bank statements to support legal cases.

+ Organize and draft legal documents such as discovery materials, initial pleadings, and modifications for child support or parenting plans.

+ Prepare drafts for divorce agreements and other family law-related matters.

+ Manage case files and oversee all aspects of case organization.

+ Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials and hearings.

+ Conduct e-filing of legal documents in compliance with court regulations.

+ Utilize case management software to track progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal in Multnomah County

The salary range for this position is $32-40/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
