Production Operator
6am-2:30pm OR 2PM-10:30PM

We are a global leader in coatings, linings, and fireproofing products, committed to delivering high-quality solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Our Dayton, NV facility plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate distribution of products to our customers.
Essential Functions:
• Manufacture batches of product in Basket Mill and HSD.
• Maintain cleanliness of vessel, gates, blade, blade underside, shaft, manufacture lids and storage lids.
• Utilize various scales as required.
• Properly transact raw material from inventory utilizing scanners.
• Relocate material tanks/containers to place of origin.
• Write off drum heals as required.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required.
• Properly record times, temperatures, and QCT’s of batches as required.
• Comply with all company safety policies.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Follows all departmental policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Commit to the Company’s safety and quality programs
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
+ 1+ year of machine operation preferred
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments.
+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
+ Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies
+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
+ Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
